Job description

Our Customer is an American financial services mutual organization based in Milwaukee. The financial security company provides consultation on wealth and asset income protection, education planning, retirement planning, investment advisory services, financial planning trust and private client services, estate planning and business planning. Its products include life insurance, permanent life insurance, disability income, and long-term care insurance; annuities; investments; and investment advisory products and services.


Our customer is looking for a Post Approval Coordinator on a contract basis to help support their ongoing business needs. This role is on-site in Franklin, WI.



Responsibilities:

  • Obtain completed documents and forms required for insurance policies to be placed in force
  • Communicate with insurance agents, agency staff, and internal stakeholders via phone and email to address documents and process requests
  • Explain processes and procedures related to document submission and policy activation requirements
  • Review documents to ensure they are complete, accurate, and in good order
  • Identify and resolve issues with documents that are incomplete, inaccurate, or not compliant with requirements
  • Prepare and send documents for electronic signature using internal e-signature tools
  • Respond to status inquiries related to document processing and policy activation
  • Evaluate requests and determine appropriate actions or solutions using available resources and internal systems
  • Utilize electronic signature tools such as eSign on Demand to facilitate document completion and approval


Skills and Qualifications:

  • High School diploma required
  • 1-3 years of related experience in administrative support, insurance operations, or customer service
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with internal and external customers
  • Ability to interact tactfully and professionally with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
  • Strong computer skills, including keyboarding and proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting insurance policy processing or document coordination
  • Familiarity with electronic signature tools such as eSign on Demand
  • Experience working in a high-volume processing or customer service environment
