What You'll Do
As a Pre-Litigation Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload and serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their claims.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing personal injury cases from intake through settlement or litigation referral.
- Maintaining regular communication with clients and providing exceptional customer service.
- Drafting and preparing settlement demand packages.
- Communicating and negotiating with insurance adjusters.
- Requesting, reviewing, and organizing medical records and bills.
- Monitoring treatment progress and case development.
- Maintaining accurate case documentation and notes.
- Identifying issues proactively and resolving problems before they impact the case.
- Working closely with attorneys and team members to maximize case value and client satisfaction.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $47,000 - $67,000 annually, depending on experience
- Performance-based bonus structure
