Job description

Must be Fluent in English and Spanish

Must Have Prior Personal Injury Law Firm Experience

At our firm, we believe that exceptional client service comes from exceptional people. We are a fast-growing personal injury law firm serving the South Florida community, and we are looking for an experienced Pre-Litigation Case Manager who thrives in a high-performance environment and takes pride in helping injured clients navigate difficult times.

We are also a family-friendly, mostly remote team led by working mothers who understand that life happens. We offer flexibility when it is needed, but we are equally committed to accountability, responsiveness, and delivering outstanding results for our clients.

Before You Apply

Please do not apply unless:

  • You are fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • You have prior experience working in a personal injury law firm.
  • You have experience handling personal injury claims from intake through settlement or litigation referral.
  • You are comfortable communicating regularly with insurance adjusters.
  • You have experience drafting demand packages and supporting settlement negotiations.
  • You have a dedicated home office and reliable internet connection.
  • You are seeking a long-term career opportunity, not a second job.

What You'll Do

As a Pre-Litigation Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload and serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their claims.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing personal injury cases from intake through settlement or litigation referral.
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Drafting and preparing settlement demand packages.
  • Communicating and negotiating with insurance adjusters.
  • Requesting, reviewing, and organizing medical records and bills.
  • Monitoring treatment progress and case development.
  • Maintaining accurate case documentation and notes.
  • Identifying issues proactively and resolving problems before they impact the case.
  • Working closely with attorneys and team members to maximize case value and client satisfaction.

What Success Looks Like

The ideal candidate:

  • Takes ownership of their cases.
  • Follows through without needing constant supervision.
  • Writes professionally and communicates confidently.
  • Is organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
  • Balances empathy for clients with a strong results-oriented mindset.
  • Understands that excellent client service and strong case outcomes go hand in hand.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $47,000 - $67,000 annually, depending on experience
  • Performance-based bonus structure
  • Year-end bonuses
  • Generous paid time off
  • Mostly remote work environment
  • Flexible scheduling when family needs arise
  • Supportive team culture led by working mothers

Please note: Health insurance is not currently offered.
