JETPUBS is an aviation services company that assists clients in improving the efficiency, safety, and compliance of their flight operations, in-flight, maintenance, and ground operations by delivering high-quality materials in print or digital formats. We also offer an Online Manuals Service (OMS) to help clients manage their documents and resources.

Required Skills
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management abilities
- Highly organized with the ability to coordinate and oversee the entire printing process from design to final distribution, ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met
- Shop inventory management to include inventory metrics
- Previous experience with large and small format printing equipment, printing techniques, bindery equipment, laminating, and digital printing technology
- Ability to diagnose and repair minor printing machine issues and ensure all printing and binding equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
- Basic knowledge of file formatting for printing with Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of graphics editing with Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW software
- SalesForce.com experience preferred or other customer relationship management system
- Vendor management experience
- Shipping preparation and mailing experience
Typical Day
- Produce and prepare products for shipping
- Operate a variety of print finishing and bindery equipment
- Framing, laminating, and tubing of posters
- Formatting files in Adobe Acrobat to prepare for print
- Coordinate with external vendors on outsourced projects; confirm order specifications, and align next steps with the Sales team
- Manage regular customer orders and provide exceptional service
- Review Training Materials department metrics and upcoming orders
- Update departmental metrics in Rhythm Systems platform
- Organize and maintain a clean shop facility
- Receive/stock supplies and monitor inventory
