We are seeking a Privacy Contracts Liaison on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.
This role will act as a critical bridge between the Privacy Legal team, Sourcing, and Suppliers, primarily focused on negotiating and reviewing Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and other privacy-related contractual documents. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with privacy regulations, communicating with suppliers, and finalizing contract processes.
Responsibilities:
- Engaging with suppliers to negotiate DPA.
- Acting as a liaison between the legal team and the supplier to negotiate one type of document.
Skills and Qualifications:
- BS/BA preferred
- 3-6 yrs of experience
- Contracts negotiation knowledge
