The company offers consumer financing products, including credit, promotional financing and loyalty programs, installment lending to industries, and FDIC-insured consumer savings products through the consumer bank, its wholly owned online bank subsidiary.

We are seeking a PAM Engineer on a contract basis to support our customer’s ongoing business needs. This role is 100% remote, East Coast preferred.

The Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer will manage, optimize, and support the enterprise PAM ecosystem with a specialized focus on Delinea Secret Server, Delinea Server Suite, and Delinea Just Enough Privilege (JEP). This position is responsible for installing, configuring, integrating, and maintaining PAM platform components as well as supporting secure credential lifecycle processes. • Integrate various IT systems—including databases, ServiceNow, applications, and network devices—with the PAM vault.
  • Manage privileged credential vaulting, rotation, and lifecycle processes across integrated systems.
  • Utilize and customize out-of-the-box PAM integrations to meet business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot PAM platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement resolutions.
  • Submit and manage firewall requests related to PAM connectivity and system operations.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, network, application, and cybersecurity teams to ensure seamless PAM integration and compliance.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to support after-hours PAM incidents and outages.
  • Monitor PAM system health, apply patches, upgrades, and performance optimizations.
  • Document PAM configurations, integration procedures, architectural changes, and incident resolution steps.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven hands-on experience with Delinea Secret Server, Delinea Server Suite, and Delinea JEP.
  • Strong background integrating databases, network devices, ServiceNow, and other IT platforms with PAM vaults.
  • Deep understanding of privileged credential management security best practices.
  • Experience with built-in PAM integrations and customization.
  • Ability to manage firewall requests and work with infrastructure/network teams.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale PAM platforms in an operational environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple technical teams and stakeholder groups.
  • Availability to participate in on-call rotations.
