Job description

Are you tired of being micromanaged—but don’t want to be left drowning in paperwork either? We believe in finding the sweet spot: the freedom to manage your own workload with the support of a smart, collaborative team beside you.

We’re looking for a Florida Barred Associate Attorney with at least 3 years of hands-on estate planning and probate experience to join our boutique firm. You’ll step into a stable, growing practice where compassion, professionalism, and balance are not just buzzwords.

*This is an onsite position*

Who You Are

  • A self-starter who thrives in a structured, low-drama environment
  • Someone who cares about clients and wants to make the legal process easier for them
  • Mature, reliable, and not afraid to ask questions or contribute ideas
  • Able to meet deadlines without chaos

What You’ll Do

  • Meet with clients to understand and guide their estate planning goals
  • Draft and review estate plans: wills, trusts, POAs, and health care documents
  • Assist with probate and trust administration from start to finish
  • Manage cases independently with a “no surprises” approach
  • Maintain excellent communication with clients and team members
  • Uphold our values of kindness, professionalism, and accountability

What You Bring

  • Active Florida Bar membership
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Florida estate planning and probate law
  • Strong drafting and client communication skills
  • A genuine interest in building long-term client relationships

Why Us?

We are a close-knit, compassionate team that treats clients—and each other—like family. We work in a beautiful, modern office in central Broward County, and we care deeply about our workplace culture.

You’ll find support, flexibility, and room to grow, not just a job. We prioritize emotional maturity, consistency, and work-life balance.

Compensation & Perks

  • Competitive salary based on experience and potential
  • Paid holidays + PTO
  • Retirement plan with profit sharing
  • No business development requirements (but bonuses available if you bring in clients)
  • Flexible schedule options (part-time or full-time)
  • A healthy, no-drama work culture

All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be legally authorized to work in the United States and are required to have U.S. residency at the time of application.
