Our Customer is seeking a Contingent Labor Program Specialist on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is 100% remote, MUST work CT or EST hours
This position requires a high degree of collaboration with Business Technology (BT) Leaders and is responsible for US & offshore labor requests within specified Business Technology areas. Individuals in this role will collaborate with Management and business partners to identify, define, scope and implement non-employee staffing solutions in the SOW labor category.
Successful candidates will demonstrate an ability to; act as a subject matter expert regarding the SOW model, be able to manage multiple concurrent initiatives, showcase strong internal personal skills to develop relationships with all levels of the organization, remain focused on standardizing and streamlining processes.
What You'll Do:
- Provide continuous support of daily service and delivery to all end users (BT Managers and Vendor Partners) processing a high-volume routine of contingent worker headcount requests via existing tracker processes
- Perform research and resolve inquiries from the business and suppliers by providing subject matter expertise to BT Leadership, Managers, and Vendors regarding contingent worker contract assignments such as work orders, rates, timesheets, project assignment, etc.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with BT Line of Business Finance and BT project management teams and collaborate to maintain headcount and budgetary alignment
- Collaborate with BT managers and suppliers to open all new requests for resources, ensuring timely onboarding of resources including oversight of the end-to-end cycle time for hiring resources via VMS
- Create and maintain projects and requisitions for both time and materials and fixed price engagements within the VMS
- Assist in reporting via the VMS database to ensure accuracy of contractor assignments, payment lines and SOW's
- Perform routine data quality checks within the VMS, partner with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure data accuracy and hygiene
Must-haves:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business, Finance, Human Resources or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience within a contingent labor program office, MSP provider, or procurement analyst role
- Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience utilizing Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as VNDLY, Coupa, Beeline, Fieldglass, IQNavigator, WAND, etc.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to multitask, ability to standardize and streamline process
- Be a self-starter with the ability to develop plan of action for review with Management
- Possess ability to communicate clearly and succinctly with Director and VP level business partners
