  • Perform routine data entry tasks related to procurement requests, ensuring details are properly logged into procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Jagger, Ariba).
  • Monitor and track the status of orders to ensure timely deliveries and resolution of any discrepancies.
  • Support procurement team members with various tasks and process improvements as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in procurement, data entry, or related fields
  • Familiarity with Procure to Pay systems (e.g., Ariba, Jagger, SAP) is highly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, with the ability to manage and manipulate data for reporting and analysis.

  • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, especially in data entry and documentation.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • A proactive mindset, with a willingness to learn and grow within the procurement field.
  • A collaborative team player, able to work effectively with different departments and stakeholders.
