Job description

We are seeking a Producer on a contract basis to support our customers' business needs. This role is a hybrid setup (4 days onsite and 1 day remote/week) in Santa Monica, CA.
The producer will independently execute sponsored projects and deliver assets within the scope and requirements that were set. They have a track record of managing a high volume of deliverables across a diverse set of clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the trafficking of all video project requests to vetted video production companies, ensuring briefs were complete, budgets met requirements, and cultural / language considerations were included in partner selection.
- Ensure all projects are tracked accurately and data inputs in Monday.com align with production guidelines and project details.
- Conduct timely project kickoffs, ensuring all brief details are inputted and alignment is achieved across all stakeholders, and approve final asset for payment.
- Build project timelines and approve budgets for qualifying ad campaigns and Creative Strategy requests.
- Proactively manage potential challenges during project kickoff and provide creative solutions.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a production/project management role
- Creative and analytical skills
- Strong ability to manage a high volume of projects in a timely manner.
- Understanding of the landscape and new developments in new media, tech, and brands
Preferred:
- Experience working in the technology space
- Experience with project management and CRM tools (Monday.com, Salesforce)
- Experience and knowledge of the advertising industry
- Experience managing a pipeline and a heavy workload
- Strong communications skills – clear and direct written and verbal
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects, and ever-changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to find optimizations to processes that drive faster turnaround times while upholding creative quality.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills -- attention to detail is crucial
