The Esty Ads Group works to give sellers more control over their success, providing them with the tools and insights they need to market their shops and improve their listings to grow their sales on Etsy. For this role, we’re looking for a Product Designer who can support key projects across the Group with a focus on seller growth opportunities.
This designer will be joining an existing team passionate about seller growth and will be working closely with designers in our Ads group, as well as collaborating with Seller Experience partner teams. Focus areas include: making it easier for Sellers to make high-quality product listings, and getting the best return from their Shop marketing and time investments.
What's the Role?
We are looking for someone who can collaborate with a team of cross-functional partners in product management, engineering, research and analytics. You’ll work closely with your Product Design Manager to prioritize the most impactful projects for seller growth while ensuring you have the focus, clarity, and time to deliver high-quality design work.

- You are skilled in divergent thinking and can go wide before narrowing on a solution
- You can lead workshops and effectively align the group around a vision and approach
- You have a track record of working with complex flows and customer journeys
- You can think and design at a system level, not just interface elements or pages
