Job description

The Mom Project is excited to support Etsy in their search for a contract Product Designer to join their team.
About The Team

The Martech team enables internal Product and Performance Marketing partners to build and maintain channels to reach our customers. These channels attract new buyers to Etsy and draw buyers back to purchase.

About The Role

This Product Designer will craft native app solutions to buyer problems and will collaborate closely with other teams in our group to improve the experience for our buyers. We’re looking for someone who has experience applying research and data findings to drive their design decisions, who is adept at collaborating with multiple teams across the organization to deliver solutions that help meet their goals.


Requirements

Must-Haves

  • Designing for native apps (iOS and Android)
  • Crafting complex flows
  • Strong visual design skills
  • Collaborating in an Agile work stream and working closely with Product Managers and Engineers
  • Applying research and data findings to drive design decisions
  • Sharing work with peers and leadership, async and in-person
  • Taking part in design critiques, workshops, jam sessions and squad meetings

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience working with Brand and Product Marketing teams
Hours and Location
  • Monday - Friday
  • 100% Remote, US based candidates
  • 9am - 5pm EST or CST
