Product Developer (San Francisco, CA)

Our Customer is an American worldwide clothing and accessories retailer, founded in 1969. Over the last 50 years, the company has grown from a single store to a global fashion business with seven brands. Their clothes are available in 90 countries worldwide through over 3,100 company-operated stores, almost 400 franchise stores, and e-commerce sites, and are still growing.

We are seeking a Product Developer on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is on-site in San Francisco, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Support product development execution and serve as the primary interface with Design teams.
• Enter, compile, and analyze costs for all styles, identifying and highlighting discrepancies.
• Support sampling and prototype processes by tracking concept samples.
• Coordinate with mills and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of samples.
• Initiate Time and Action calendars for key programs.
• Communicate regularly with vendors and support teams to ensure calendar deadlines are met.
• Maintain data accuracy across related processes and systems.
• Manage product development systems and related workflows.
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Design, Pre-Production, and Production teams.

Qualifications:

• BS/BA preferred
• Relevant experience required
