We are seeking a Product Development & Governance Associate on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Audit and update initiative logs (generally SharePoint) and other product-related data resources.
- Create and update initiative logs to enhance usability and query functions.
- Create ‘automated’ reporting tools using Power BI.
- Migrate tools, resources, and files to MS Teams.
- Update departmental templates, policies, and procedures.
Must Haves:
- Be a self-starter, tenacious, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Personal maturity and ability to engage with group leaders.
- Outstanding work ethic and dedication to quality outcomes.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, meet deadlines and concentrate on detailed information.
- Proficiency with Power BI, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office.
- Financial services experience preferred.
- Completion of college-level finance, economics, and/or accounting courses a plus.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Pursuit of a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
Hours & Location
- M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be remote while COVID restrictions are in place. The expectation is to be onsite at our Customer’s Houston, TX office once it is determined safe to do so.
Please Note: In order to create a safe, productive work environment, our client is requiring all contractors who plan to be onsite to be fully vaccinated according to the CDC guidelines. Prior to coming into our offices, contractors will be required to attest that they are fully vaccinated.
