Our Customer is seeking a Product Manager on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is 100% remote.


You'll be at the forefront of identifying how we transform partner products to be delightful and contribute to the business. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of travel and leave a lasting impact on how the world explores and connects.



Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for partnerships and partner ecosystems.
  • Gather and synthesize stakeholder and user feedback into actionable product features and enhancements.
  • Develop public-facing messaging, positioning, and product narratives.
  • Align product teams and cross-functional stakeholders around strategic priorities and execution plans.
  • Foster open communication, collaboration, and curiosity across teams.
  • Make prioritization and product decisions that support user and business needs.
  • Drive product execution and delivery in fast-paced environments.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for partner integrations and co-marketing launches.
  • Coordinate with business development, communications, legal, operations, and product teams to support launches and partnerships.
  • Build partner enablement materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, integration guides, FAQs, and case studies.
  • Support external partner experiences across third-party platforms.
  • Develop and manage APIs that power partner and consumer experiences.
  • Define and track success metrics for partner programs, including API adoption, activation, revenue impact, retention, and partner satisfaction.
  • Conduct experiments and optimization initiatives to improve product and partnership performance.
  • Build compelling customer-focused stories in collaboration with marketing and communications teams.
  • Support domestic and international travel as needed to support partnerships and product initiatives.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in product management and/or product marketing.
  • Proven success leading products within cross-functional environments.
  • Experience building and scaling global consumer products and partner ecosystems.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ideas from concept to execution.
  • Experience working on consumer products that drive significant business revenue.
  • Strong data analysis and business analysis skills to support strategic product decisions.
  • Strong execution skills with the ability to manage priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience owning individual contributor product management responsibilities.
  • Experience leading go-to-market strategies for partner integrations and co-marketing launches.
  • Experience building partner enablement and sales support materials.
  • Experience delivering partner experiences across third-party platforms.
  • Expertise in API product development and platform integrations.
  • Experience in defining and measuring program success metrics and performance indicators.
  • Strong storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with partner ecosystems, platform integrations, and external developer experiences.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing, communications, legal, and business development teams on global product initiatives.
