What you’ll do:
•Manage products & drive roadmaps that improve our internal team’s ability exceed the expectations of our clients
•Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute several high-visibility projects including: CRM/Product integrations, ATS and Partner integrations and workflow optimizations
•Use your understanding of SaaS business operations, CRMs, our internal users, and business goals to prioritize the right set of features to drive the growth of The Mom Project
•Be the Product champion for our internal users and develop a deep understanding of their workflows, processes, and pain points
•Partner with other product managers & cross-functional stakeholders to bring features to life from ideation to execution
•Clearly communicate product benefits to internal stakeholders and balance tradeoffs
•Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, translating high-level information into actionable details, and distinguish user requests from their underlying problems
•Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
•Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to drive informed product decisions

The skills and qualities you’ll need to succeed:
•2+ years experience in product management with experience in APIs, integrations, and/or internal tooling; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems or hiring software a plus
•Demonstrated understanding of how to interpret user needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
•Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to interact with and understand diverse teams
•Have a natural curiosity that overcomes obstacles to get answers; be scrappy and resourceful to solve ambiguous user problems
•Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment, and be an independent problem-solver
