We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager on a contract basis to help support our customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.

Responsibilities:
- Own and program manage the product launch program, including quarterly intake, prioritization, and decision-making for upcoming launches
- Partner with Product Marketing Managers to shape product positioning and feature-level messaging, ensuring consistency, differentiation, and narrative cohesion
- Assess launch readiness, scope, and narrative clarity in partnership with cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with field enablement partners to ensure clear messaging handoffs and support field readiness
- Align launch narratives with integrated marketing campaigns, content strategies, and activation assets
- Establish and evolve launch program frameworks, decision forums, and operating rhythms to create scalable processes
- Drive cross-functional alignment by identifying dependencies, risks, and gaps across launches and resolving issues proactively
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, market research, or management consulting
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and ability to solve problems creatively
- Experience with program and launch planning concepts, such as intake, prioritization, and dependency management
- Proven ability to build and evolve programs rather than only execute existing processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between executive-level summaries and tactical execution details
- Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions
- Experience in product marketing, program management, go-to-market strategy, messaging, and positioning
