We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.
As a Product Marketing Manager, you are a collaborative team player who leads by example. You approach challenges with a growth mindset and pair strong performance orientation with excellent storytelling. You will partner closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, Engineering, and Creative to support customers in discovering better tools, solutions, and financial opportunities.
You will participate in national GTM launches, iterative operational tests, and key initiatives to develop and scale new in-app experiences and financial products. You will drive strategic product marketing activities aimed at increasing awareness, engagement, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
You’ll work across in-app, owned, and earned channels to grow product usage, measure results, and amplify high-impact initiatives. You will collaborate with Research, UXR, and Insights teams to surface customer needs, trends, and opportunities.
The Product Marketing Manager is required to support critical product initiatives, including the launch and expansion of new financial and experience-based offerings. This role ensures alignment between Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations while driving adoption and engagement across key customer segments. With ongoing GTM launches, experiments, and financial services development, dedicated PMM support is essential to maintain execution velocity, generate insights, and ensure messaging, positioning, and product strategy meet customer needs and business goals.
Responsibilities:
Drive 0-1 Product Development & Strategic Initiatives
- Support the creation and execution of KPIs for zero-to-one product initiatives.
- Translate early insights into strategic recommendations and growth opportunities.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Analytics on developing new financial services offerings.
Own Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute launch plans for new products.
- Drive adoption, satisfaction, and engagement metrics.
- Lead marketing experiments to identify high-value offerings and optimize traction.
Customer Research & Insights
- Partner with research teams on qualitative user studies.
- Analyze quantitative insights to uncover marketing opportunities.
- Refine messaging and positioning to clearly articulate product value.
- Translate learnings into product and marketing recommendations.
Marketing Campaign Execution
- Develop content, messaging, and campaign materials.
- Manage in-app and email campaigns end-to-end.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to execute launches effectively.
- Report campaign results, performance, and insights to leadership.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Participate in weekly business and performance reviews.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making.
- Align strategies with Product, Brand, CRM, and Operations teams.
- Own, track, and communicate success metrics for new financial products.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager, ideally in a GTM-focused role within tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or similar high-growth environments.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and influence change.
- Experience conducting or leveraging market research to understand user needs.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing experimentation.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, translate strategy into actionable plans, and execute with attention to detail.
- Comfortable defining measurable success metrics and driving execution.
- Interest in cross-functional exposure and solving diverse business challenges.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Experience supporting digital marketing or customer-facing programs.
- A builder’s mindset with passion for technology, user impact, and product marketing.
