Job description

Our Customer is a technology company that connects people with the best of their neighborhoods across the US, Canada, Australia, Japan, and Germany. They enable local businesses to meet consumers’ needs of ease and convenience, and, in turn, generate new ways for people to earn, work, and live. By building the last-mile logistics infrastructure for local commerce, they’re fulfilling our mission to grow and empower local economies.

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you are a team player who leads by example. You approach problems with a growth and performance mindset while incorporating your storytelling talent to ensure a successful campaign or product launch. You collaborate with marketing, product management, operations, engineering, and creative teams to assist delivery drivers in discovering improved tools and solutions to achieve financial independence. You will engage in national-scale GTM launches and agile operational tests to aid in the development and scaling of in-app products and new pay model initiatives. You’ll support strategic product marketing initiatives that drive awareness, adoption, and excitement of existing pay, financial, and experience products for customers, resulting in an outsized impact for them and the business. You’ll leverage in-app, owned, and earned channels to grow product usage, measure impact, and drive awareness for these initiatives. You’ll collaborate with research teams, such as UXR and Audience Insights, to identify and synthesize customer needs, trends, and early opportunities to explore.
