The company offers consumer financing products, including credit, promotional financing and loyalty programs, installment lending to industries, and FDIC-insured consumer savings products through the consumer bank, its wholly owned online bank subsidiary.

We are looking for a Product Marketing Specialist on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote in EST/CST hours.

The Product Marketing Specialist plays a strategic role in the Go-to-Market (GTM) team by leveraging Product, Features, Channels, and Capabilities (PFCCs) platform-centric positioning and messaging to configure foundational assets that enable our Platform Sales & Client Marketing teams. You will support in driving usage and adoption of PFCCs by leading day-to-day creative needs and campaign execution, and deriving data-driven insights to drive incremental impact against Key Performance Indicators and meet quality assurance standards.

  • Own end-to-end marketing execution process, continuously reviewing for areas of optimization and proposing solutions that can increase speed to market and asset accuracy.
  • Build and maintain key partnerships with cross-functional partners (Client Marketing, Product, Sales, Lifecycle Marketing, etc.).
  • Partner with marketing & product analytics to develop execution framework to identify product marketing’s incremental impact and refinement opportunities against key performance indicators.
  • Manage posting & updating program materials to internal and external sites (SharePoint, DAM, website, etc.).
  • Serve as marketing collateral key day-to-day point of contact between sales, analytics, legal, compliance, digital, and other teams.
  • Manage agency relationships with focus on driving efficiency & effectiveness of delivery. Light copywriting may be required.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years of marketing experience, or in lieu of a degree, 7 years of marketing experience with understanding of marketing analytics, customer journeys, and product marketing.
  • 2 years of Marketing execution experience with a focus on managing agencies and efficiently synthesizing multiple perspectives into a singular output.
  • Autonomous project management skills managing complex initiatives with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to drive business forward in an ambiguous environment while balancing competing priorities.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Healthcare, Financial Services, or other highly-regulated industry marketing experience in which Legal and Compliance plays a large partnership role.
  • Collaborative team player able to interact effectively with key cross-functional partners.
  • Demonstrated autonomous project management skills with focus on process improvement and milestone alignment.
  • Direct Mail & Digital Marketing experience.
  • Adobe Workfront Experience.
  • Interest and aptitude for Brand Development/Strategy and Analytics (Segmentation, Targeting, ROI prioritization)
