Job description
Our Customer is a technology company that connects people with the best of their neighborhoods across the US, Canada, Australia, Japan, and Germany. By building the last-mile logistics infrastructure for local commerce, they’re fulfilling our mission to grow and empower local economies.
We are seeking a Product Operations Analyst on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is hybrid in NYC.
The Product Operations Analyst serves as the operational owner for key product partnerships, managing the end-to-end process of deploying partner hardware to clients. This role blends hands-on logistics, technical configuration, process optimization, and cross-functional coordination to ensure a seamless customer experience from deal signing to go-live. The analyst will develop scalable, repeatable processes and act as the primary liaison between internal operations and the Revenue teams (Sales & Customer Success).
Responsibilities:
Partner Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, managing daily communications and proactively escalating partnership risks or critical updates.
Hardware Procurement & Configuration
- Oversee the full procurement, inventory, and configuration process for partnership hardware.
- Execute hands-on technical setup for devices, ensuring readiness before deployment.
Logistics & Fulfillment
- Manage hardware packaging, labeling, and shipping logistics.
- Coordinate with carriers for pick-ups and delivery tracking.
Lifecycle Tracking
- Maintain centralized records for all partner accounts and hardware status — from onboarding through deployment and credit issuance.
Process Development
- Design and document operational playbooks for hardware procurement and fulfillment.
- Continuously identify opportunities for efficiency and scalability.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as the operational liaison between Product Operations, Sales, Onboarding, and Customer Success.
- Provide updates, manage expectations, and ensure clear communication throughout the fulfillment process.
Sales Operations Support
- Support creation and tracking of order forms.
- Identify automation opportunities to improve internal workflows.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-2+ years of experience in an operations-focused role (e.g., Sales Ops, Business Ops, Logistics, or IT Operations).
- Proven ability to build and document processes from scratch.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with hands-on hardware/software configuration (Apple/macOS experience preferred).
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration.
- Process-oriented with high attention to detail.
- Resourceful and results-driven with a “get-it-done” approach.
- Customer-centric, with empathy for user challenges and operational friction points.
Preferred:
- Experience with hardware provisioning or IT asset management.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence, or Looker.
- Background in B2B SaaS environments.
- Experience managing cross-functional product launches or similar initiatives.
