Product Recruiter (Remote - EST Hours)

The Mom Project is excited to support Etsy with their search for a Product Recruiter to join them on a contract basis.

About the Role:

As a Product Recruiter, you will source be responsible for the full lifecycle of a candidate. You will source, screen and work with candidates at each stage of the recruitment process. You will interact with Recruiters, Sourcers, Coordinators, hiring managers, and hiring teams.

What does the day-to-day look like?

• Product recruitment for various Product teams at Etsy (Research, Design, Management).
• Identifying passive talent.
• Partnering closely with clients to deeply understand their hiring needs while making hiring recommendations, support events, and build strategy.
• Tracking pipeline data and providing relevant updates to partners on all roles/projects supported.
• Supporting the full-cycle recruiting process, building strong diverse pipelines, sourcing passive candidates while engaging with inbound applicants.
• Building strong internal relationships and work cross functionally with the greater HR teams (including but not limited to, HR Business Partners, Compensation, etc.).
• Acting as an internal and external-facing representative of Etsy and our talent acquisition team.
• Ensuring hiring manager and team preparedness during the interview process and that interviews are conducted efficiently and professionally.

Qualities that will help you thrive in this role are:

• 3+ years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience of Product talent at a high growth tech company
• Product design recruitment experience
• An ability to confidently represent the company with professionalism and courtesy both internally and externally
• Experience advising hiring managers throughout the recruiting process

Preferred:

• Experience sourcing and/or recruiting in Mexico
• Familiarity with Workday Recruit
• Experience recruiting Product Management and/or Research candidates

Hours and Location

• Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week, standard EST schedule
• Remote, EST Hours
