Job description

We are seeking a Production Support Coordinator on a contract basis to assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of content initiatives across video, written, audio, and digital formats. This role will support the OSVP team while also contributing to projects spanning Program Management, Community Management, and IT Programs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. This role is 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
Production Support
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of OSVP projects (video, written, audio, and digital).
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support the development and delivery of high-quality assets.
Project Management
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and resources across multiple initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Coordinate project-tracking across the Shared Services team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the first point of contact for cross-functional partners to understand needs and delegate tasks to OSVP.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as required.
Quality Assurance
- Track and manage stakeholder feedback.
- Ensure timely revisions and delivery of content assets.
Process Optimization
- Identify and suggest improvements to content production workflows.
- Help document best practices and share learnings across the team.
Budget & Resource Tracking
- Support budget oversight and resource allocation for OSVP projects.
Problem Solving
- Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks in the production process.
- Track deadlines and communicate potential impacts and solutions to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Skilled in producing video, written, audio, or digital content.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail with thorough documentation practices.
- Clear, professional communication with stakeholders.
- Proficient in tracking deliverables, managing timelines, and maintaining accurate project records.
- Experienced in working with cross-functional teams and external partners, including vendors, agencies, and freelancers.
- Effective at coordinating and delegating tasks across diverse groups.
- Strong proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.), essential for organizing information and presenting timelines.
- Skilled in documenting processes and presenting project status updates with clarity.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of live production, post-production, VFX, and game development processes.
- Experience identifying workflow improvements, implementing efficiencies, and documenting best practices.
- Ability to track feedback and ensure timely revisions.
- Experience supporting budget management and resource allocation for projects.
