We are seeking a Program Administrator on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate company program by ensuring the a positive program status
  • Provide administrative and logistical support including meeting arrangement, program status, and documentation
  • Artifact Management:
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive systems for managing customer artifacts, including recordings, transcripts, and feedback
    • Ensure the quality and organization of artifacts, making them easily accessible and searchable for the team
  • Process Optimization:
    • Analyze and streamline customer insights workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy
    • Identify opportunities for automation using generative AI and other technologies
  • Generative AI Expertise:
    • Work with generative AI tools to analyze customer data, extract insights, and generate reports
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in generative AI and explore their potential applications within customer insights
  • Library Development:
    • Maintain a comprehensive library of customer insights, ensuring it is well-organized, easily searchable, and accessible to authorized users
    • Continuously improve and expand the library with new insights and data sources
Must-haves:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, data analytics, or business intelligence
  • 2+ years of experience in customer insights or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with qualitative research methods (e.g., interviews, surveys)
  • Experience working with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GPT-3)
