Job description

We are seeking a Program Coordinator on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.
The AI Program Management team is seeking a program coordinator to plan, coordinate, and track operational processes to support the execution of AI programs. The program coordinator will play a key role in the logistical operations and execution of cross-functional multi-stakeholder programs.
Responsibilities:
- Support all execution-related tasks in order to deliver programs. Illustrative tasks might include: (1) coordinate contract submission, payment processing, and vendor onboarding, (2) manage team project tracking tools
- Partner with cross-functional teams within the organization
Required Skills:
- A Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years professional experience
- Experience in the following:
- Contract Submission
- Payment (PO) Processing
- Vendor Onboarding
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage ones time.
- Strong project management skills, including building tracking tools to manage budget, timelines, and workflow.
- Strong technical skills in google suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience coordinating contracting processes and building efficient operational workflows
