  • Develop and manage roadmaps and schedules to deliver prototypes, proofs of concept, and operational hand-offs
  • Lead cross-functional programs and projects of varying sizes concurrently
  • Design and model solutions supporting technical and innovation initiatives
  • Exercise sound decision-making aligned with internal partners, customers, and leadership
  • Monitor innovation trends in the beverage industry and adjacent markets to inform strategy and research

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Food Science, Engineering, Innovation, or related field required
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably within innovation or R&D environments
  • Strong business acumen with experience shepherding ideas from concept to production
  • Experience in systems analysis and evaluation
  • Expertise in agile methodologies and rapid delivery frameworks
  • Experience with digital technologies, modern software solutions, and architecture
  • Strong trend research and market analysis experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and programs
  • Experience collaborating with creative, R&D, and product development teams
  • Ability to effectively partner with global teams
  • Professional fluency in spoken and written English

Core Competencies:

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage both success and failure
  • Comfort working with limited assumptions and ambiguity
  • Strong cross-cultural collaboration skills for international projects
  • Relationship-building skills grounded in trust and positive intent
  • Strong communication, influencing, and presentation skills across technical and executive audiences
  • Ability to translate complex technical topics for business stakeholders
