We are seeking a Program Management Office (PMO) Lead on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.
This position will be responsible for supporting the structure and execution of strategic priorities across the region, the OCMO office, and the leadership team. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, this role partners closely with the Americas Marketing leadership team to translate strategy into action—ensuring alignment, visibility, and accountability across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
This individual will serve as a central orchestrator of key programs, enabling the organization to operate with greater clarity, consistency, and speed. The ideal candidate brings strong program management expertise, executive presence, and the ability to navigate a highly matrixed, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Program Orchestration
- Translate leadership priorities into structured program plans with defined workstreams, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Drive alignment across field marketing, global marketing, marketing operations, and sales stakeholders
- Partner with the Chief of Staff to operationalize priorities of the Americas CMO and leadership team
- Support business rhythms, including quarterly performance reviews, planning cycles, and program status reporting
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards and updates highlighting progress, risks, and outcomes
- Enable collaboration across a geographically dispersed and matrixed organization
- Build and maintain executive communication structures using tools such as SharePoint, OneNote, and Teams
Governance & Process Excellence
- Establish and standardize program management frameworks, tools, and templates (project plans, status reports, RAID logs)
- Drive consistency and discipline in program planning, tracking, and execution
- Continuously improve processes to balance operational rigor with speed and agility
- Develop playbooks and templates to standardize best practices across regional marketing teams
Performance Management & Insights
- Leverage analytics dashboards (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud) to track marketing performance and campaign effectiveness against KPIs
- Partner with Marketing Operations to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Deliver concise, data-driven updates to leadership to support decision-making
Change Management & Communications
- Support rollout of new initiatives, tools, and processes across the organization
- Develop and execute communication plans to drive clarity, alignment, and adoption
- Reinforce a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
Skills and Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in program management, PMO, strategy & operations, or related roles
- Strong experience in B2B marketing, technology, or related industries preferred
- Proven experience supporting senior executives (VP/CMO level) in complex, matrixed organizations
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
- Strong program and project management expertise (Agile, hybrid, or similar methodologies)
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills without direct authority
- Excellent executive-level communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with strong risk anticipation and mitigation skills
- High adaptability and ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
