Our Customer is seeking a skilled and knowledgeable contract Program Manager to partner with cross-functional teams in development, execution, and optimization of global program strategies that result in high-impact advertiser experiences. This role is 100% remote.


Sitting on a central team, the role is responsible for the guidance sales teams recommend to advertisers. This work is in close partnership with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product, Marketing Science, Sales Enablement, Programs, Business Engineering, and Business Planning and Operations.


Key success factors in this role include previous experience in customer guidance strategy, strong attention to detail, proficiency in data analytics, excellence in project management, familiarity with technical scoping, and the ability to quickly understand, organize, and simplify complexity under pressure.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer guidance design, development, and implementation (including change management, stakeholder management, content development, and Q&A sessions)
  • Identify performance gaps of ongoing projects, support troubleshooting, and facilitate discussion and coordination among stakeholders to identify and understand the root cause, priority, and impact of issues of the business.
  • Prepare routine communication materials on project development status, insights, and trends to help inform and guide improvements to cohort strategy workflows
  • Ensure all project-related documents are organized and up to date
  • Assists in preparing progress and planning documentation when necessary


Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in program management, demonstrated experience using problem-solving to provide sound business solutions and recommendations in ambiguous and complex environments
  • Project management – familiarity with the tools and processes
  • Business development experience with project management and problem-solving
  • Can deal with ambiguity, worked on complex project, proactive, problem-solving, and stakeholder management
  • Tech experience, preferably digital advertising stream
  • Stakeholder management
  • Experience working with Customer Guidance design and development. Inclusive defining targeting and adoption logic,
  • Excel in change management, communicating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable manipulating data and identifying performance trends across a variety of data visualization tools and packaging narrative into decks
  • Experience operating under high pressure, while prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment



Preferred:

  • Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Can understand data infrastructure and how data tables work
  • Can represent technical requirements in an accountable way
  • Can manipulate data, data visualization
