Job description

Our client is seeking a Program Manager for a contract position that is 100% remote.

Who We Are

We are the trusted platform for millions of growing families. For over a decade, we have been the technology solution for expecting parents and the community that supports them, expanding from baby registry into a full-service platform that helps parents make decisions with confidence, stay connected, and build happy and healthy families. Every year we help over 9M people make purchases through its registry, app, ecommerce shop, and comprehensive product guides. With over 59M monthly pageviews and 1.2M TikTok followers, we are a generational brand leading the $88 billion baby product industry.

What the Role Is

As the Program Manager, you’ll be the single-threaded owner responsible for driving the strategy, execution, and growth of one of our Client's most beloved programs. You will be accountable to multiple cross-functional teams that depend on HBB as a driver of their respective outcomes - registrant activation, brand love, and media revenue. In addition, you’ll work closely with Planning and Supply Chain to ensure that the box is built and shipped efficiently. You’ll lead the cross-functional planning, launch, and optimization of box cohorts, overseeing everything from partner integration and inventory logistics to user experience and measurement. This role is highly collaborative, requiring tight alignment with teams across Operations, Brand, Product, and Partnerships to deliver an exceptional experience to millions of

new parents.

You’ll also evolve this high-impact program through data-driven decision-making and creative experimentation. This role requires strong program leadership, analytical rigor, and a bias toward testing and iteration to scale the program’s impact and efficiency.

Who You Are

● 6–8 years of experience in program management, ecommerce, partnerships, or DTC growth

● Proven success managing high-visibility, cross-functional programs at scale

● Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

● Experience with physical product fulfillment and/or marketing strategy a plus

● Comfortable with ambiguity, with ability to bring clarity and structure to complex initiatives

● Data-driven decision-maker with a test-and-learn mindset

How You Will Make an Impact

● Own the program roadmap and delivery across all business units

● Drive continuous improvements in performance, including item quality, redemption rates, and customer satisfaction

● Partner with Data, Ops, and Partnerships to define and track KPIs (e.g., CPA, ROI,retention) and optimize over time

● Manage sourcing strategies and collaborate with Partnerships to secure high-value, mission-aligned products

● Operationalize best practices in program forecasting, planning, and communications

● Represent the Program in executive reviews and cross-functional planning cycles

Why You’ll Love Working at Us

● We invest in the infrastructure you’ll need to be supported and successful: tools, opportunities to connect with colleagues, and a stipend to help you set up your office

● We build products that have a positive impact on millions of people’s lives

● We work at a sustainable pace which means work/life balance is a real thing here

● We believe technology and data can solve hard problems

● AI plays a meaningful role in how we work, create, and scale—intentionally embedded in our tools, systems, and decision-making to support innovation and real impact
