About the Opportunity
We’re seeking a strategic, highly organized, and action-oriented Sales Acceleration Program Manager to join the enterprise organization of one of the nation’s leading education and curriculum companies.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales strategy, enterprise partnerships, and execution. You’ll work closely with sales leaders, client partners, solution leads, and cross-functional teams to accelerate strategic opportunities, strengthen key customer relationships, and move complex deals from opportunity through close.
The ideal candidate is a strategic operator and natural problem solver who can take complex initiatives, create structure, align stakeholders, remove roadblocks, and get things across the finish line.
What You’ll DoAccelerate Enterprise Sales
- Partner with sales leaders and client partners to support strategic enterprise accounts and high-value opportunities.
- Manage and advance opportunity pipelines, helping drive deals from creation through close.
- Coordinate stakeholders, approvals, action items, and next steps to maintain momentum and improve deal velocity.
- Identify roadblocks and proactively bring the right people together to solve them.
- Use account intelligence, customer insights, competitive information, and business data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Partner with solution and product teams to align offerings with evolving customer needs.
- Develop and execute high-priority sales acceleration initiatives across the enterprise organization.
- Build project plans, timelines, success measures, and operating rhythms that turn strategy into action.
- Mobilize cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, finance, customer success, product, and solution teams.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve workflows, and increase sales effectiveness.
- Develop repeatable frameworks and best practices for account planning, business reviews, and strategic sales initiatives.
- Coordinate and support executive meetings, QBRs, steering committees, workshops, and strategic client conversations.
- Create polished, compelling PowerPoint presentations, executive readouts, and business updates.
- Ensure key decisions, follow-ups, and action items are clearly communicated and driven to completion.
- Provide leadership with timely insights, progress updates, and recommendations.
You’re someone who can think strategically and execute tactically. You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift, stakeholders have competing needs, and success depends on your ability to create clarity and momentum.
You bring:
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, sales strategy, program management, account management, consulting, or a related business environment.
- Experience supporting complex enterprise accounts, sales opportunities, or strategic partnerships.
- Strong business acumen and an understanding of revenue, pipeline, and sales processes.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build credibility with senior leaders and clients.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with advanced PowerPoint capabilities.
- Strong Excel/data analysis skills and the ability to turn information into actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive work to completion.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- The ability to simplify complex situations and bring people together around a path forward.
- Comfort managing multiple priorities and staying composed in a fast-moving environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
