We are seeking an Agency Marketing Program Manager on a contract basis to help support our customer's business needs. This role is a hybrid setup (2+ days onsite/week) in NYC.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end program operations, including intake workflows, scoring/validation processes, approval documentation, and communications with internal stakeholders.
- Define and manage program milestones, governance structure, and project timelines, ensuring all stakeholders remain aligned on deliverables and dependencies.
- Serve as the central point of contact between cross-functional teams (Legal, Data, Operations, Sales, Product Marketing) to drive accountability and surface blockers early.
- Partner with relevant teams to operationalize certification logic, ensure data integrity, and create scalable systems for tracking performance and compliance.
- Develop reporting cadences and dashboards that provide visibility into progress, adoption, and impact metrics for leadership reviews.
- Create and manage program documentation, including SOPs, process maps, and readiness checklists to support future scalability.
- Coordinate internal enablement, supporting sales, marketing, and operations teams with guidance, FAQs, and resources as the program evolves.
- Monitor program performance and synthesize insights to recommend optimizations for future phases.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in program design and project management, ideally within marketing, education, or agency ecosystems.
- 4+ years of experience supporting revenue growth initiatives in a digital marketing environment.
- 2+ years of proven collaboration with cross-functional operations, legal, and product marketing teams.
- 2+ years of experience building dashboards and reporting on program metrics.
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce and Jira for workflow, data tracking, and approvals.
Preferred:
- Strong organizational skills for managing intake, communications, and tracking.
- Capacity to execute manual, detail-oriented processes with operational intensity.
- Prior experience with certification or recognition programs.
- Familiarity with scalable frameworks for partner or agency engagement.
- Knowledge of competitive industry programs.
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to establish new operational models.

We are seeking a Marketing Program Manager on a contract basis to help support our customer's business needs. This role is a hybrid setup (1+ days onsite/week) in NYC or San Francisco, CA.
In this role, you will support strategic marketing initiatives for the ads business, collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives across the owned and 3P events and customer lifecycle programs. This position requires an understanding of customer needs and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in addition to working with sales leaders in a fast-paced environment where creativity, collaboration, and attention to detail are key.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with marketing leads across Global Customer Marketing and Centers of Excellence (CoE) to design and execute full-funnel customer marketing programs.
- Monitor and follow up with sales or marketing counterparts to ensure completion of tasks
- Lead project management for customer marketing campaigns and programs, including defining goals, timelines, and deliverables, and coordinating with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams.
- Develop and manage customer communications across relevant channels (email, webinars, content, etc.) to drive engagement and deliver value at key lifecycle moments.

- Support the execution of customer touchpoints, including virtual and in-person engagements, as part of broader relationship-building and educational efforts.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in customer marketing, field marketing, or event marketing
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to establish credibility with internal stakeholders and customers
- A track record of collaborating with other teams to define and execute multi-channel marketing programs on tight deadlines
- Understanding of event planning tools such as Splash
- Self-starter, not afraid to be scrappy and roll up your sleeves
- Experience in the Media/Advertising industry
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to successfully execute new program initiatives and develop partnerships
