We are seeking a Global System Integrators Program Manager on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role will be hybrid (3 days on-site and 2 days remote/week) in Santa Clara, CA, or can be remote for the right candidate.
This role will support the rapid growth of the Emerging Global System Integrator (GSI) program. In this role, you will work directly alongside the Director of the program and team leadership to drive the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy with key strategic partners.
The ideal candidate possesses a management consulting background (e.g., Accenture or similar), combining an innate ability to build structured processes with a polished, partner-facing presence. You are equally comfortable organizing high-level pipeline data in Excel as you are translating that data into beautiful, executive-ready presentations to enable internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with Program Directors and leadership teams to accelerate go-to-market initiatives with Emerging GSI partners.
- Lead and participate in meetings with GSI partners to support onboarding progression and joint GTM initiatives.
- Establish and maintain repeatable operational frameworks and processes to manage the Emerging GSI program lifecycle.
- Design and deliver internal enablement programs, training materials, and executive-level presentations.
- Create executive and partner-facing slide decks to communicate program value, updates, and strategic initiatives.
- Manage high-level program tracking, pipeline monitoring, and reporting activities.
- Analyze pipeline data and synthesize metrics into actionable business insights for leadership teams.
- Support cross-functional coordination and stakeholder alignment across partner programs and GTM activities.
- Build structure and scalable processes within evolving and ambiguous operational environments.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- MBA preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in management consulting or enterprise technology consulting environments.
- Experience dealing with Global System Integrators (GSIs) or large strategic partners.
- Experience working with consulting firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, or similar organizations is preferred.
- Strong presentation and visual communication skills.
- Proven ability to create structured, visually compelling executive-level slide decks.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Experience working with sales pipelines, CRM systems, Excel, and program reporting data.
- Ability to analyze trends and convert data into actionable insights.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience interacting directly with external partners and internal cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to create structure, processes, and operational frameworks within ambiguous environments.
- Strong organizational, project management, and program coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
