Our Customer is seeking a Go-to-Market Program Manager on a contract basis to help support their business needs. This role is on-site in Santa Monica, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory processes, including asset tagging, availability tracking, and refurbishment
- Coordinate internal and external hardware delivery and shipping requests to support business needs
- Provide operational guidance and support to key stakeholders and team members
- Oversee ongoing operational processes, including sales reporting and environmental reporting
- Track outbound courier deliveries and inbound returns to ensure accurate and timely movement of goods
- Manage day-to-day relationships and performance of third-party service providers
- Collaborate with external partners to forecast capacity across key operational nodes
Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated program management experience with the ability to scope, plan, execute, and track cross-functional projects and go-to-market initiatives
- Strong proficiency in ERP and CRM systems such as Salesforce, SAP, or equivalent platforms
- Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or Looker
- Ability to define KPIs, measure program impact, and translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills with the ability to collaborate with Product, Finance, Compliance, Legal, IT, and other stakeholders
- Experience identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing scalable process improvements
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage both detailed and high-level priorities
- Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours and changing business needs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in logistics, including parcel or freight operations
- Familiarity with international shipping best practices
- Customs broker license
- Experience working with SAP systems
