Job description
The Mom Project is partnering with a top multinational tech company on a contract Program Manager role.
As a Program Manager, you will play a key role in driving the successful execution of strategic programs, including the Tech Impact Awards. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to manage timelines, dependencies, communications, and program documentation. This role requires someone who is highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to effectively track, organize, and communicate progress across multiple stakeholders.
Location: Mountain View, CA (Tues–Thurs on site).

Support the an established internal program needing of project management expertise

Develop and manage detailed project trackers, ensuring visibility into timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.

Partner closely with program leads and teammates on communications, documentation, and execution of deliverables.

Provide regular program status updates to stakeholders, ensuring proactive communication of progress and potential risks.

Create, manage, and execute rollout plans, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.

Collaborate cross-functionally to align schedules, manage competing priorities, and streamline workflows.

Support executives and stakeholders with calendar coordination, meeting logistics, and ad hoc operational tasks as needed.

Ensure proper documentation and efficient program operations that align with broader organizational goals.

Provide operational support including expense and travel coordination when required.

Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations and help define new operational strategies.

Manage confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Support ad hoc projects and initiatives across the broader team.

5+ years of program or project management experience in a fast-paced corporate or tech environment or has been an Administrative Business Partners at a large tech company.

Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proactive communicator with diverse stakeholders.

Proven ability to manage project trackers, timelines, and dependencies across multiple teams.

Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly; experience with Google Suite and Concur preferred.

Strong business judgment, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.

Team player with a collaborative mindset and ability to adapt quickly to changing environments.

BA/BS degree preferred.
