Job description

The Mom Project is partnering with a top multinational tech company on a contract Program Manager role.


As a Program Manager, you will play a key role in driving the successful execution of strategic programs, including the Tech Impact Awards. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to manage timelines, dependencies, communications, and program documentation. This role requires someone who is highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to effectively track, organize, and communicate progress across multiple stakeholders.


Location: Mountain View, CA (Tues–Thurs on site).


Core Responsibilities
  • Support the an established internal program needing of project management expertise

  • Develop and manage detailed project trackers, ensuring visibility into timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.

  • Partner closely with program leads and teammates on communications, documentation, and execution of deliverables.

  • Provide regular program status updates to stakeholders, ensuring proactive communication of progress and potential risks.

  • Create, manage, and execute rollout plans, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align schedules, manage competing priorities, and streamline workflows.

  • Support executives and stakeholders with calendar coordination, meeting logistics, and ad hoc operational tasks as needed.

  • Ensure proper documentation and efficient program operations that align with broader organizational goals.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Provide operational support including expense and travel coordination when required.

  • Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations and help define new operational strategies.

  • Manage confidential information with discretion and integrity.

  • Support ad hoc projects and initiatives across the broader team.

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience in a fast-paced corporate or tech environment or has been an Administrative Business Partners at a large tech company.

  • Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proactive communicator with diverse stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to manage project trackers, timelines, and dependencies across multiple teams.

  • Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly; experience with Google Suite and Concur preferred.

  • Strong business judgment, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.

  • Team player with a collaborative mindset and ability to adapt quickly to changing environments.

  • BA/BS degree preferred.
