WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The Mom Project is looking for a Program Manager to help our vibrant, diverse Community achieve meaningful outcomes throughout their career journeys. Reporting into the Senior Manager, Community you’ll work tirelessly to create and build thoughtful programs, solutions, and partnerships designed to help our Community of moms meet their career goals and unlock success.

As Program Manager, you will develop, manage, and scale programs that support women across their career journeys. These programs include but are not limited to: RALLY, Unity, Rise, Lounges, Unity Hour, and more (to be developed!). You will identify and build partnerships with external organizations in an effort to increase strategic opportunities for moms - both within The Mom Project Community and across the workforce at scale. And you will do all of this while prioritizing inclusion, equity, and intersectionality for our Community.

You are someone who is a mix of left and right brain. You like coming up with big ideas and creative solutions (rooted in insights, of course!) and figuring out how to bring them to life. And then you actually bring them to life - with a dedication to their continued evolution and growth. This is a hands-on role that will work cross-functionally with internal and external strategic program and partnership players - with a particularly close tie to The Mom Project’s Community Operations team.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL:
-Develop, launch, and manage programs & solutions designed to engage, elevate, and promote Moms and their successes outside of the job transaction process alone.
-Identify opportunities for new programs & solutions that fulfill the diverse needs of our Moms; this may include special programs, partnerships, initiatives, content, events, and more.
-In partnership with the Community Operations team, determine desired outcomes for programs, partnerships, and solutions (conversion, retention, loyalty), assess performance on a regular basis, and provide recommendations for improvements/evolution/enhancement.
-Drive Community engagement across programs & solutions; determine ways to continuously activate and energize moms to leverage The Mom Project platform.
-Work cross-functionally within The Mom Project to insure program &solution adoption, utilization, and ongoing success.
-Serve as a champion for Mom Success within The Mom Project and across the larger ecosystem by constantly uncovering new and innovative ways to help Moms achieve meaningful outcomes - with a specific focus on inclusivity, intersectionality, and equity.
-Deeply understand the expectations of our Moms and their varied needs through direct contact, TMP community engagement, and knowledge of the working parent/caregiver experience.

THE SKILLS AND QUALITIES YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
-3-5 years experience in program development and/or management.
-Background in partnership development, user experience, or community management preferred.
-Organizational skills and a keen attention to detail; you are committed to building thoughtful programs & solutions.
-Exceptional and effective communication skills; even in email your meaning is clear, concise, kind and you possess the ability to moderate both online and offline conversations smoothly.
-An outgoing, friendly, and relatable attitude - a “people person” with abundant interpersonal skills.
-Self-starter and self-driven; you have no concerns about - and usually prefer to - manage your own schedule.
-Nimble, flexible and able to shift and flourish amidst rapidly evolving priorities. The pace is fast.
-Empathetic and understanding personality; working in a startup is an ever-changing landscape!
-Passion for the brand, naturally!
