Job description

Our Customer is a software vendor of cloud-based ERP that practices in human capital management and financial management applications. They offer products and services that allow customers to oversee time tracking, procurement, employee data, financial accounting, and expense management at anytime and anywhere. They continue to offer enterprise-level software solutions for financial management, human resources, and planning. Their proven methodology, expertise, community, tools, and education help ensure your organization’s success.


We are seeking a Program Manager on a contract basis to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness and accelerate the time to market. You’ll develop scalable processes, provide program support, lead internal communications, contribute to content creation, and drive operational excellence, directly influencing the success of major events and analyst engagements. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with key stakeholders and leaders across departments. This role is hybrid in Pleasanton, CA.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies for Tier 1 events including Rising NA, Rising EMEA, HR Tech, UNLEASH World and Gartner HR Symposium.
  • Oversee the Gartner HCM MQ and Fosway Analyst RFI process in collaboration with PMK and Analyst Relations teams; identifying owners of questions and assigning questions and ensuring questions are answered by specified timeframe.
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows, reusable templates, strategic content, and playbooks for launches, campaigns, and team collaboration.
  • Streamline and lead internal communication to ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Manage other projects as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in event organization, stakeholder management, and analyst engagement support.
  • Proven ability to support and manage complex workflows, processes, and templates.
  • Proven experience in program management for products/solutions/services/campaigns.
  • Promotes teamwork and collaborative information sharing.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Self-starter and results-driven with a track record of delivering on commitments and achieving business goals.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills with execution capability.
  • Superior written, verbal, and presentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience working with global, distributed teams preferred.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, B2B marketing, or product marketing practices preferred.
