We are seeking a Program Manager, Creative Operations on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is Hybrid - 4 days in office (Market Street - San Francisco).

Program Manager, Creative Operations

PR / Social / Influencer Marketing

About the Role

  • The Program Manager, Creative Operations is responsible for independently leading creative development and execution across PR, Social, and Influencer Marketing. This role serves as a key connector between Creative, Brand Marketing, Production, Merchandising, and external partners, ensuring teams are aligned, timelines are met, and deliverables move seamlessly from kickoff through final execution.
  • Working across seasonal campaigns and ongoing marketing initiatives, this role drives cross-functional alignment and accountability, manages project milestones, and ensures channel-specific needs are integrated into the broader creative development process.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Creative Project Management: Independently own project intake, timelines, milestones, and deliverables across PR, Social, and Influencer initiatives, ensuring alignment with seasonal campaigns and marketing priorities.
  • Connect Cross-Functional Teams: Drive alignment with Creative, Brand Marketing, PR, Social, Influencer, Merchandising, Production, and agency teams to align on briefs, creative direction, priorities, and executional needs.
  • Integrate Creative Development: Ensure channel partners are engaged early in the creative process, including ideation, campaign planning, shoot logistics, and creative reviews, to support cohesive, integrated campaign execution.
  • Manage Creative Workflows: Manage the development of channel-specific deliverables, including press kits, lookbooks, social assets, and influencer content briefs, tracking progress from initial planning through approvals and final delivery.
  • Coordinate Production & Asset Needs: Partner with Creative, Production, and Merchandising teams to manage shot lists, product information, image selects, retouching, sample coordination, and other production requirements.
  • Facilitate Communication & Alignment: Lead project kickoffs and status meetings, document decisions and next steps, track action items, and ensure stakeholders remain informed and accountable.
  • Ensure Timely Delivery: Anticipate and resolve risks, manage shifting priorities, facilitate feedback and approvals, and coordinate final asset handoffs to internal teams and external agency partners.
  • Maintain Operational Excellence: Keep project tracking tools and documentation current while identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve cross-functional collaboration.

Who You Are

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and competing deadlines.
  • A proactive problem solver who anticipates challenges and drives work forward.
  • A strong communicator and collaborator who builds effective relationships across creative, marketing, and production teams.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Process-oriented, with a passion for improving workflows and enabling creative teams to do their best work.
  • Proficient with project management and collaboration tools such as Airtable, Workfront, Figma, Miro, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in project management, creative operations, or marketing production, preferably within retail, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage cross-functional creative projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with PR, Social, Influencer Marketing, and creative production workflows preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
