WHAT YOU’LL DO:
The Mom Project is looking for a Project Analyst to help drive projects from scope to delivery across the organization by contributing to project planning, creating and maintaining documentation, providing support through data analysis and managing project activities. Reporting into the Director of Platform Experience you’ll work on a variety of initiatives with the primary objective of enhancing the end to end experience for moms and clients through operational and technical projects.

You’ll have the opportunity to grow and expand your skill set, you will be encouraged to take ownership of deliverables and contribute to, and drive creative problem solving.

In this role, you’ll
•Assist the Director in delivering ad-hoc multi faceted projects
•Contribute in project planning and execution
•Run smaller projects tied to user experience and/or operations
•Monitor and evaluate at risk items, help drive solutioning and remove roadblocks
•Research best practice and lead information deep dives into current processes
•Analyze project data and produce insights to optimize performance and outcome
•Execute management reports and proactively work on enhancing monthly KPI readouts
•Support in data deep dives and maintain + expand periodical reporting
•Provide operational support such as liaising with stakeholders, tracking timelines, etc.
•Prepare and maintain documentation repositories

The skills, experience and qualities you’ll need to succeed:
•2+ years experience in Digital/Tech Project Management
•2+ years experience processing and retrieving data from databases
•Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software required, experience with SQL a plus
•You’re comfortable with technology rollouts, experience with integration or deprecation a plus
•Organizational skills and a keen attention to detail; you work methodically and structured under tight deadlines
•You’re comfortable with or eager to learn flowcharting and surrounding documentation
•Exceptional and effective communication skills; even in email your meaning is clear, concise, kind and you possess the ability to moderate both online and offline conversations smoothly.
•Self-starter and self-driven; you have no concerns about- and usually prefer to- manage your own schedule.
•Empathetic and understanding personality; working in a startup is an ever-changing landscape!
•Passion for the brand, naturally!
