**Project Manager - Shopify Dropshipping Store (EST Availability Required)**

Our client is a women's fast-fashion e-commerce brand looking to add a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee the operations and growth of our Shopify dropshipping store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, exceptional project management skills, and a deep understanding of the Shopify platform. This role requires availability during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours to ensure smooth communication and workflow coordination with our team and partners.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Project Management:** Lead and manage all aspects of our Shopify dropshipping store, from product sourcing and inventory management to marketing and customer service initiatives.

- **Team Coordination:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product developers, marketers, and customer service reps to ensure seamless execution of projects and campaigns.

- **Performance Tracking:** Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction to drive continuous improvement and achieve business goals.

- **Vendor & Supplier Management:** Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely product deliveries and high-quality standards.

- **Process Optimization:** Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance the overall efficiency of the store's processes.

- **Reporting & Analysis:** Prepare regular reports on store performance, project status, and team productivity, and present actionable insights to senior management.

- **Problem-Solving:** Address any operational challenges promptly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to business activities.

- **Time Zone Availability:** Be available during EST working hours to coordinate with the team, manage daily operations, and respond to any urgent matters.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in an e-commerce environment, preferably with Shopify or similar platforms.

- Strong understanding of dropshipping business models and supply chain management.

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proficiency in project management tools and software.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Effective communication and leadership skills.

- Flexibility to work during EST hours to ensure smooth operations and communication.
