Job description

We are seeking a Bilingual Project Coordinator on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.



Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to delivery drivers to set clear expectations and instructions across multiple white glove delivery types.
  • Train and re-educate drivers when they exhibit delivery non-compliance.
  • Address ad-hoc delivery issues with empathy and urgency.
  • Analyze and interpret delivery data to identify trends and root causes of issues.
  • Spearhead and execute workflows that ensure exceptional SLA performance.
  • Identify patterns and communicate findings to broader teams to improve processes.
  • Develop deep expertise in product, processes, systems, and tools.
  • Collaborate within a small team to deliver world-class customer service for a high-impact product.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • 2+ years of experience as a project coordinator in a fast-paced environment, ideally in technology or grocery/convenience sectors.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to triage issues without predefined solutions.
  • Effective multitasking skills in an ultra-fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
  • Above-average technical fluency, including typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar, spelling, and the ability to adapt to brand tone.
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets and data analysis.
  • Comfortable using tools such as G-Suite, Slack, Atlassian, and Salesforce (preferred).
  • Prior experience in grocery and convenience operations (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently with strong organizational and troubleshooting skills.
  • Must be open to working weekends; ~40–50 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 60 hours occasionally with advanced notice.
