  • Maintain detailed tracking of progress, results, and follow-ups using spreadsheets and internal tools
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, integrations, and related teams to ensure accurate merchant data is enabled at scale
  • Identify and surface trends, risks, and recurring issues impacting merchant operations and fulfillment quality
  • Support initiatives focused on improving operational excellence, fulfillment quality, and data accuracy

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage high-volume, detail-heavy workflows effectively
  • Strong proficiency in using spreadsheets for tracking, validation, and reporting
  • Ability to work independently and move quickly in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
  • Clear and concise communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders

Preferred:

  • Experience in operations, field coordination, audits, or data-driven project work
