Job description

Our Customer’s mission is to give people the power to build community and bring the world closer together. We are seeking a Project Coordinator on a contract basis to support a large scale research and development that requires hiring contingent workers. Help is needed to coordinate hiring and interviewing along with tracking those efforts. This role can be 100% remote for US based candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and tracks hiring requests across teams for contingent worker engagements
  • Coordinates scheduling of interviews for contingent worker engagements
  • Manages communication channels for contingent worker engagements requests
  • Coordinates information gathering from stakeholders to help management make decisions
  • Prepares status updates and other documentation
  • Work closely with the Operations Program Manager to unblock contingent workers hiring roadblocks; tracking escalations

Must Have Skills:
  • 3+ years of experience working in a similar coordinating role
  • Independent, driven, eager to learn, and share information with other team members
  • Experience using communication tools such as Outlook, Calendar, and Office 365
  • Ability keep up in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent activities and to work successfully
  • under pressure
  • Experience keeping project documents and document templates up-to-date.
  • Interpersonal skills to be able to interface effectively with a broad range of technical staff
  • Experience with reviewing and presenting reports to management team
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Project management tools
  • Knowledge of the staffing industry
Education:
  • Bachelors degree or Equivalent Experience required
