We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our interior design business strictly from an administrative standpoint. - Organize and maintain digital files and project documentation
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in project coordination or administrative support (bonus if in a design or creative industry)
- Detail-driven and organized with strong follow-through
- Confident managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and vendors
- Proficient with Google Drive, Excel, and project management tools
- Based in Dallas (remote/hybrid with occasional in-person meetings or errands)
Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience with platforms like DesignFiles
- Love logistics, systems, and a super-organized inbox
