Etsy is looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator to join the Brand Operations Team. This role sits at the center of the action supporting the Senior Project Manager across projects that serve Etsy's seller community, bring new app and site features to life, and keep creative productions running smoothly. From owning intake in Monday.com to coordinating merchandise orders, this is a role where strong organizational instincts and a collaborative spirit will go a long way. It's also a real opportunity to grow: as experience builds, so does ownership.

About the Team

Brand Operations is the operational engine behind Etsy's marketing organization. The team spans brand campaigns, seller marketing, and a wide range of partnering marketing disciplines providing the project management, creative production, and strategic planning infrastructure that keeps the broader marketing org running. Whether supporting a major brand campaign or helping a partner marketing team execute their idea, Brand Operations brings the structure, process, and cross-functional coordination that turns ideas into finished work, on time and on budget.

Who You Are

The ideal candidate is someone early in their career who leads with curiosity and brings a genuine eagerness to learn and grow. You spot opportunities to add value, ask great questions, and communicate proactively keeping people informed and problems from compounding. Resourcefulness and initiative are what will set you apart in this role, and there's real room to grow fast for someone who brings both

Key Responsibilities

  • Own new project intake in Monday.com capturing, categorizing, and routing incoming requests in coordination so nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Keep projects moving by maintaining briefs, timelines, status trackers, and meeting notes, and making sure the right people have access to the right information.
  • Track milestones across concurrent projects and proactively flag risks, blockers, or shifting priorities before they become problems.
  • Coordinate the ordering of merchandise and materials for productions, managing delivery timelines and ensuring everything arrives accounted for and on schedule.
  • Connect the dots between internal teams product, marketing, creative, and seller experience keeping stakeholders informed and communication flowing.
  • Support the Senior Project Manager with status reports and upward communication, surfacing progress and flagging concerns clearly and on time.
  • Spot process gaps and bring ideas for making workflows more efficient this team values continuous improvement and welcomes that thinking at every level.

Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, creative operations, or a related field.
  • Genuine curiosity about product launches, seller ecosystems, or marketplace businesses is a real advantage in this role.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail comfortable managing several workstreams and deadlines at once without dropping the ball.
  • A clear, direct communicator who keeps partners in the loop and knows when to escalate.
  • Calm and adaptable when priorities shift solutions-oriented rather than reactive.
  • Monday.com experience is strongly preferred; familiarity with Figma is a bonus.
