Job description

We are seeking a Project Coordinator on a contract basis to help support our customer’s business needs. This role is on-site in Redmond, WA.



Responsibilities:

  • Work cross-functionally on special contract details, including the management of the
  • contracts and the purchasing process
  • Task tracking and troubleshooting
  • Communications support, including folder organization and proofreading
  • Organize training and social events for the team, and occasional travel coordination for
  • visiting partners
  • Occasional ordering, PO tracking, and invoice troubleshooting


Skills and Qualifications:

  • BS/BA
  • 5+ years’ experience in program coordination or management in a corporate environment
  • Experience working with contract development
  • Organization and process management excellence
  • Extremely strong in communication and collaboration
  • Strong writing skills


Desired Qualifications:

  • Background in contracts management
  • Experience working in large organizations
  • Program management experience
  • Experience working in corporate hardware research
  • Familiarity with database management and Google platforms
