Job description

We are an independent women-owned third-party consultancy offering a wide array of project management services with offices in Seattle, Washington, and Portland, Oregon.

We are looking for estimators with construction knowledge or experience. Knowledge of Excel, Bluebeam and Uniformat reporting is essential. A track record of delivering high quality cost information is essential. The job include reading drawings and preparing take offs and then converting take offs into a Uniformat report and deliver it to the lead project manager. Options for joining our team and managing your own work as a full time employee is available. The is a phenomenal company with great employees who love their work.
