Are you a detail-oriented project manager with a knack for technical deployments and client communication? Our Client is seeking a part-time Technology Project Manager to oversee client-facing implementation projects and ensure seamless delivery. This is a flexible, remote position ideal for someone with a strong background in project management and IT who enjoys driving results in a collaborative environment.

• Lead technical deployment projects from start to finish, executing against detailed project plans.
• Monitor timelines, identify risks, and proactively communicate status and issues to all stakeholders.
• Ensure client satisfaction while holding them accountable to agreed-upon processes and milestones.
• Maintain clear and detailed documentation in our CRM to support cross-functional handoffs to Sales and Customer Success teams.
• While this is not a sales role, you’ll be expected to stay alert for post-deployment upsell or cross-sell opportunities and loop in the sales team as needed.

• 2–4 years of experience in project management, IT implementations, or technology consulting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with a client-first mindset.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar).
• Self-starter comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
