Project Manager - Strategy & Operations (100% Remote)

We are seeking a Project Manager - Strategy & Operations on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.

Responsibilities:

• Own project planning and execution for launching new kitchens, concepts, and menu changes
• Coordinate and manage launch and change activities across multiple workstreams
• Partner with operators to address on-the-ground challenges and enable successful execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including construction, culinary, marketing, training, supply chain, facilities, equipment suppliers, recruiting, and local operations
• Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, and task tracking
• Identify risks, escalate issues, and ensure timely resolution to meet launch goals
• Analyze performance data and build models to evaluate success and inform future goals
• Identify, recommend, and implement process and tooling improvements to drive continuous operational improvement
• Support and influence cross-functional stakeholders to align execution with strategic objectives

Candidates with prior experience in food service, restaurant operations, or multi-location retail environments - particularly those who have supported new location launches, operational change, or field-based teams in fast-paced settings - will be considered an ideal fit for this role.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, finance, supply chain management, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience managing fast-paced, highly cross-functional projects
• Strong project management skills with experience creating and managing detailed project plans
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and escalate risks when needed
• Demonstrated ability to direct activities across cross-functional project teams
• Comfort working through ambiguity and solving operational challenges in dynamic environments
• Experience partnering directly with operators or frontline teams
