Our Customer is a tech real-estate marketplace company with a portfolio of the largest and most vibrant real estate and home-related brands on the web and mobile. The company’s brands focus on all stages of the home lifecycle: renting, buying, selling, financing, and home improvement. We are seeking a Project Manager on a contract basis to support all initiatives within the company's portfolio designed to engage a distributed and remote workforce in meaningful purpose-driven opportunities that support strategic nonprofit partners and underserved communities. This role is 100% remote.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead day-to-day management of a signature volunteer program that enables the company employees to give back to local communities during their team retreats. Management of this program will include:
    • Remote event oversight and coordination for 50+ team volunteer activities
    • Coordination and execution of a new approach for the company's office-based team volunteering
    • Relationship management with six nonprofit partners and key internal stakeholder groups
    • Administrative upkeep including post-event tracking, volunteer reward issuance, and follow-up team communications
  • Support internal communications tactics across email, slack, intranet, etc. that highlight employee engagement programs and updates, share outcomes, and respond to employee inquiries
  • Manage backend administration of the internal giving and volunteer platform powered by Benevity
  • Support two annual activations designed to engage and empower all employees around a single strategic campaign

Must Haves:

  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable communicating with many different internal and external cross-functional stakeholders via video conferencing, phone calls, Slack, and email

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Hours & Location:

  • M-F, 40 hours/week. This position will be 100% remote.
