We are seeking a Project Manager on a contract basis to work closely with Operations, UX Research, Legal, and Developers on maintaining the Company's Survey and Research Review operating model. The role is 100% remote to these locations: Baltimore, MD, Boston, MA, Houston, TX, Los Angeles, San Diego, CA, and New York, NY.
What You’ll Do:
- Work closely with the Global Research Operations team to support the internal review processes for Research
- Manage the pool of reviewers including scheduling, communication, and support
- Manage the on-call rotation calendar to ensure 24-hour coverage of the review ecosystem
- Provide prompt support and communication to affected review flows in tooling
- Manage and coordinate training documents and materials
- Provide support for the Research and Survey Review process
- Coordinate with multiple cross-functional partners to drive reactive support solutions
- Provide accurate, time-sensitive, and effective assistance to researchers
- Provide support to users of the survey and research review process by responding to researcher inquiries in a timely manner
- Triage tooling bugs and escalate to cross-functional partners
- Manage communications for ongoing support items, system bugs, and solutions
- Handle escalation requests for surveys with tight turnaround times
- Reassign reviews, manage survey flows, and approve special use-case surveys
Must-Haves:
- 3+ years of project/program management experience, preferably in a technology company or similar
- Excellent organization skills, with the ability to multi-task and juggle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
- Track record of operating independently, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner
- Experience understanding user needs, gathering requirements, and proposing solutions
- 1+ years of technical support experience preferred
Education:
- Bachelor's degree
Hours & Location:
- M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be 100% remote.
