Screening Questions
- Walk me through a project you managed end-to-end in Asana (or a similar tool) — how did you intake the request, break it into tasks, and keep stakeholders updated through launch?
- This role is 4 months, part-time, and flexible — but requires attendance at 2–3 fixed weekly meetings and fast responsiveness to incoming requests. How does that fit your current commitments, and how do you typically structure your week when juggling multiple clients or projects?
- Describe your hands-on experience with Asana, how do you use it to manage intake, dependencies, and reporting across multiple concurrent projects? Give a specific example of a workflow you built or improved.
